This program prepares individuals to professionally apply cosmetic make-up preparations and complete specialized makeovers. These include hairstyling, wig work, masking, temporary prosthetic applications, cosmetic applications, and related clothing for leisure or professional stage, camera, clinical, or security purposes.

Includes instruction in period and contemporary hairdressing and costumes; application of wigs and hairpieces; synthetic hair and masks; cosmetic preparations and treatments; makeup art; placement, removal and camouflage of prostheses; Health and security; consultation and customer service; pre and post production operations; set and crew conduct and relations; interpretation of scripts, instructions and prescriptions; labor Relations; and business practices.
